What consists of our modules

There are no fundamentally new technologies - well-tested ones have been used, constructive solutions and designs have been developed that meet the modern requirements of the time and building regulations.

There are two types of modules

Residential and sanitary. In the latter, plumbing communications, a bathroom, exhaust ventilation, and partial waterproofing are located.

Fundamentally

is a metal frame, in which electrical wiring is installed at the factory.

Floor

the frame is sheathed with OSB plates (10mm and 20mm), insulated with mineral wool, waterproofing is arranged, as a coating – semi-commercial linoleum, or any coating of your choice.

Ceiling

frame with mineral wool insulation, moisture-proof and vapor-permeable film, MDF paneling, or other material as desired (stretch ceiling, plastic paneling, Armstrong, plasterboard, etc.)

Roof

OSB plate, PVC membrane. Please note that the roof has a slope and a complete drainage system is installed on the frame. Such a solution has the advantages of a pitched roof, but there is still the possibility of arranging an operated roof.

Windows

five-chamber Inter-Line profile, two-chamber double-glazed windows, Vorne fittings. If desired, lamination in color is possible.

The entrance door

metal, anti-vandal.

Interior decorations

at your request, laminated chipboard, MDF paneling, plastic paneling. It is also possible to use any decoration, but it should be borne in mind that when using “wet” processes (filling, painting, wallpaper, etc.), relocation and changing the layout of modules is possible after dismantling the decoration, with the impossibility of its reuse.

Outside walls

two types of frame filling are offered: 1) cheaper, but longer in terms of installation and dismantling time frame technology, using mineral wool insulation. 2) more expensive, but faster in terms of installation and dismantling works, using SIP panels. These two options will provide good thermal insulation, the choice of priority between time and money is up to you.

We install the foundation

(screw piles will be the fastest option), we prepare the site, carry out delivery and installation, connect to external networks. That is, everything is turnkey, we will launch the first cat as a bonus.

Additionally

At your request, we install air conditioners, supply ventilation system (recuperator, breezer), sanitary ware, furniture of our own production.

Multi-companionship

The modules have dimensions of 2.4m x 7.7m x 3m. Such parameters are not chosen randomly, but for the convenience of transportation and are considered oversized cargo that does not require additional approvals. From such sections, it is possible to assemble one or two-story premises of virtually any width. They can be connected along the long sides, and put one on top of the other, and if necessary, on the contrary, they can be disassembled and mounted in a new layout. That is, the "LEGO" house constructor for adults.

Versatility

Although we call them "houses", it is possible to use them as office, production, service premises, etc. and even as a full-fledged MAF for commercial activities. That is, the modules that were used for living can be converted into a kiosk for trade, or a shop, or a cafe with a client area. To do this, it is enough to order the side panels separately according to your requirements (dispensing windows, separate entrances, etc.), it will be much cheaper than ordering a new MAF or other frame structure. Note that it is possible to transform a commercial space in terms of area, change windows, doors, or turn it into a house.

Comfort

The houses are designed for year-round living - in harsh winter, hot summer, rainy autumn... Each module has its own roof, which means sound insulation of the lower floor from the second. Such a decision will allow residents of the lower sections not to feel the noise of steps and vibration when moving people on the second floor. Buildings can be equipped with ventilation and air conditioning systems, such possibilities are foreseen in all modules.

Variety of looks

Even during residence or use, it is possible to change the color and material of the facade! A specially developed system that allows the use of all types of ventilated facade materials - various types of panels, profiled sheets, tiles, siding, etc. We offer the most optimal options in terms of price / quality, we give a choice of colors, but we can realize any wish without any problems.
